Items:

Reflective Carapace: A magical carapace made up of a strange blend of chitin and keratin and coated in a shimmering sheen. This thick shell-like covering not only grants immunity to all Magic-type damage and abilities, but it will also reflect all Magic-type damage and abilities back at the caster (or closest unit). Nearly impossible to steal or harvest; however, if successful, it will prove extremely profitable. Grants a 80% chance to reflect any pure elemental damage back at the attacker. Grants Immunity to Magic-type damage and resistance to all elemental damage. Base 5,000 Armor.

The Belly of the Tarrasque: A fleshy sack of countless relics, artifacts, gold, and riches beyond mortal comprehension. The myriad of treasures is too vast to specify any individual artifact, but rest assured, anyone could find something of interest.

Abilities:

Belly of the Devourer: Tarrasque Innate Ability. If a unit is affected by swallow, they will begin losing 20% of their HP as raw damage at the start of their turn. This damage cannot be healed except by extraordinary means. On top of this, every turn a unit remains in this unit, there will be a 30% chance to digest and completely destroy one of the equipped items of the swallowed unit. This will start with things carried on the outside of a unit and move towards the center. This can even destroy Radiant and Legendary items and weapons. If a unit dies within this unit, they will level down double the normal amount. Costs 20 exp

Unrelenting Calamity: Tarrasque Innate Ability. This unit cannot die except by extraordinary means. This unit regenerates 5% of its HP every turn. Instead of dying when reaching 0 HP, this unit simply goes into an HP deficit. This unit will remain “dead” until they are back at positive HP, in which case they will get up and take a turn when the turn order reaches them (for example, if 200 damage is dealt to a unit with 100 HP, they will be “dead” for 21 turns). Costs 6 exp

Swallow: Tarrasque Signature Ability. Whenever this unit makes a Bite-type attack against a unit that is smaller than them, they have a 60% chance to swallow the unit whole. The swallowed unit will be trapped inside this unit until the trapped unit deals up to 20% of this unit’s HP as damage from the inside, if this unit spits them out, or if this unit dies. There can only be 10 living units in this creature at one time. Costs 10 exp

Cleaving Maw: If this unit attacks any unit smaller than it, it may instantly kill an enemy. The chance of this move working is calculated before any normal Bite attack, and has a 5% chance of activating for each Proficiency level higher this unit is with their attacking weapon than the target unit is with theirs. Radiant Proficiency counts as 25% instead of 5% (Radiant vs 5AA – 25% chance to cleave). If the unit is a higher level than this one, and this ability triggers, it will instead reduce their health by 50% of their maximum HP, and trigger a Lethal Bleeding status. 7 exp

Deadly Maw: -10 Skill and Speed. This character may focus all of their might into their Bites. This will double the damage of all Bite-type attacks, but will prevent the use of any other attacks. This boost will be deactivated if another attack type is used. Costs 5 exp or Ascended

Devour: This character may take a turn to eat fallen enemies, regaining around 20% of its HP by doing so. Must be done 1 turn after killing an enemy. 1 exp

Dismember: On every attack this character executes, it has a 20% chance to rip a limb off the enemy. This ability stacks with Traumatizing Blows, but if this ability activates it will also result in a bleeding status, regardless of whether or not Traumatizing Blows lands. 3 exp

Heartstopping Aura: Fear type ability. If this character has not attacked this turn, and an enemy unit approaches them, the enemy will be gripped by an unshakable feeling of horror. This ability will cause any enemy that attempts to move within 3 spaces of this character to have their movement completely halted upon coming within range. This ability will only affect an enemy once, regardless of how many units have it. 4 exp

Heavy Blow (III): This unit focuses on strength over speed, pouring all of their might into single attacks. This will boost this unit’s attack by x3, but only allow to them to attack once (not including brave weapons). Costs 16 exp

High Jump: This unit may leap up onto extremely high structures without spending extra movement. This also allows this unit to attack and counterattack flying units with 1 range attacks. 2 exp

Proficiency (II): If this unit uses a single attack type, they may triple that attack type’s total damage. Costs: 12 pg

Rending Maw: This character may strip away armor-based resistances with their Bite-type attacks. If this character attacks a foe with a normal Bite-type attack, the target will have all resistances cut in half for 2 turns. This only works on armor resistances and will not affect immunities. If this character attacks the same foe multiple times, the cooldown will reset. Costs 4 exp

Sickening Roar: This unit can release a terrible and hideous roar. All units within 2 spaces will have their total Defense reduced by half. Costs 3 exp

Terrifying Presence: Enemies within two spaces of this unit receive -30 Avoid. Costs 4 exp

Trample: -20 hit. If this unit activates this ability at the beginning of its turn, it may move over characters that are at least one size class smaller than them, ignoring them. It may also move over forest and rocky terrain, ignoring them. If it moves over an enemy character, the character will calculate the trample as if it were a normal attack. If they are hit by the trample, they receive 10% of this character’s max HP as damage. Moving into a space with a unit and trampling them costs 2x normal movement. This damage cannot be blocked or defended against. This unit may only trample an enemy once per turn. It may not attack an enemy after trampling them. 4 exp
