Items:

Null Hypothesis: A customized P2020 used by Loba Andrade. This variant fires a powerful plasma projectile. This pistol is prone to overheating and can only be fired 2 times. Ignores 50% of armor. Base 200 Plasma-type damage.

Loba’s Staff: A pure silver staff, topped with a ferocious wolf head with ruby eyes. The ornament that tops this staff was given to Loba by her murdered father. When in Loba’s inventory, she gains +10 Skill. Base 100 Strike-type damage.

Translocation Bracelet: An immensely valuable item and wonderful piece of technology. This bracelet halves all cooldown on teleportation abilities.

Amulet of Dibella: This mahogany amulet contains the power of the Goddess of Beauty. Anyone who wears it will immediately find it easier to persuade the opposite sex.

Loba’s High Society Thief Outfit: A stunning outfit that emphasizes all of the pleasing qualities of Loba’s figure, most definitely done on purpose. This outfit boosts the efficiency of all seduction abilities by 50%. Despite its original purpose, it also boasts decent protection, thanks to the Ballistic Plating. Grants resistance to Bullet and Energy-type damage. Base 50 Armor

Level 3 Body Shield: A powerful Overshield. Boosted by Energy proficiency and items. Base 1,000 HP. Base 100 Armor.

1- Ultimate Accelerant: A powerful item that completely refreshes all cooldown times on abilities (excluding per battle, day, week, etc.). Takes a turn to use.

2- Shield Battery: A battery used to charge Overshields. Completely restores damaged Overshields. Takes a turn to use.

2- Med-Kit: A pack of first aid items that can be used to restore health. Completely restores HP if Overshield is fully charged, otherwise restore 40%. Takes a turn to use.

Abilities:

Black Market Boutique: Loba Signature Ability. Once every 6 turns, this unit can place down a totem that will draw all items that are not in an inventory within 10 spaces to the totem. Any unit can then take 2 items from the collected pool of items. The totem can then be withdrawn, if this unit wishes. Costs 4 exp

Burglar’s Best Friend: Loba Signature. Once every 4 (2) turns, this unit may use a subaction to teleport themselves 10 spaces from their starting point. This will cause this unit to become cloaked again if they move out of visual range. They can also use this ability to extend the range of “Thief” to the range of this ability. Costs 6 exp

Eye for Quality: Loba Signature Ability. This unit is able to see all items on a map, whether or not they are in an inventory, if they are better than this unit’s equipment or worth more than anything in this unit’s inventory. These items can be stolen much easier by this unit. Costs 3 exp

Black Widow: This character knows how to manipulate a man, allowing them to deal 20% extra damage against male opponents. Cost 2 exp

Critical Strike: Once every 3 turns, this unit may strike through defense. This attack will ignore all defense and deal 3x damage. Critical attacks can only be done when certain prerequisites are met (Stun/Flinch, Freeze, Immobilize, Broken Posture, Guard Break, Sneak Attack, etc.). 4 exp

Infatuation: This character makes units fall head over heels in love… literally. Any unit within visual range who finds this character attractive will have a -20 (-40) debuff to their Agility. Diminishes over time. Costs 4 exp

Light Fingers: If this unit uses Thief on an enemy, they may continue forward, passing safely through their opponent, and finishing out however many movement spaces they had left. 4 exp

Master Thief: This character is one of the best. This ability allows this character to take whatever item they wish out of a character’s inventory. If the item they take is equipped, the victim will be notified; however, if the item is not equipped, the victim will not be notified until they attempt to equip or use the item. 10 exp or Ascended

Perfect Strike: This unit may patiently wait to strike a foe. This strike will deal 3x the normal damage. This may not be used on special abilities or activated attacks. This 3x damaging strike must be chosen to activate before calculating whether or not you hit or miss. This ability may be used 3 times per battle. 5 exp

Proficiency (II): If this character uses only one damage type, that damage type is multiplied by 3x. 12 exp

Seduce: This unit can attempt to seduce any infatuated character, forcing them to join this character’s party for 6 turns. This has a 15% to succeed and only works on characters who are affected by debuffs from abilities such as Seductive Aura and Infatuation. Costs 4 exp

Seductive Aura: Units that fall for the allure of this unit receive a -10 (-20) debuff to both Agility and Skill when attacking this unit. Diminishes over time. 3 exp

Targeted Attack: This unit may choose to target a particular body part on an enemy it is targeting. Doing so can lead to many effective outcomes, but Targeted Attacks suffer a skill penalty. This is an Activatable ability, and can be used on any normal attack. If an effect is triggered, it will last for one full turn (character + enemy phases), and if it does not trigger, it will instead function as a typical attack. Attacking an opponent that does not notice you will half the skill penalty from doing a Targeted Attack. Each weapon Proficiency level higher than the opponent will reduce the -Hit by 5 (Example – 5AA Sword vs. 5A Sword: 25 of -Hit penalty reduced).
